The nature of print-on-demand customized products does not permit JuJups.com to accept returned goods or refund requests.
If a product is damaged on delivery, or is visibly defective on arrival, user must, within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product, request for a replacement and provide JuJups.com with a photograph showing the damage or defect.
Users are not required to ship the damaged or defective product back to JuJups.com. JuJups.com shall review each replacement request and, upon approval, the respective Fulfillment Partner shall reprint and ship over the replacement of the damaged or defective product to user at JuJups.com’s cost.
